Being a victim can mean different things. Many people are victim of oppression, violence and mistreatment. Many also like to play the victim and give up their responsibility on what’s happening to them, or even to enable others to play a victim. Or maybe you have more a role of a helper, judge or by-stander?

This interactive session will explore the dynamics of victimhood and equip you with tools for taking control of your life.

In this webinar, we’ll talk about:

♥ Identifying the Victim, Perpetrator and Rescuer roles and explore how they play out in our lives and relationships
♥ Breaking free from victimhood and practical tools for shifting out of victim mentality
♥ The Karpman drama triangle and transactional analysis to better understand our unhealthy relationship patterns
♥ Radical Honesty and taking ownership by using the power of direct and honesty communication
